So exciting to be achieving my goals. I am exercising and actually enjoying it and looking forward to it. I am getting used to eating smaller portions and am craving junk less frequently. I feel proud of myself.
So, I am down to 167 from 226! I only have 26 more pounds and I will have hit the “healthy weight range” which for me is 106-141. Anyway, next stop 150’s! I would say the only thing sucky about losing a lot of weight is not having any clothes that fit and not wanting to invest because the scale is still moving! My clothes are starting to look REAL silly on me so I will be hitting up the thrift shop this weekend!
